FV64 UP is the first one in the market which has both Vortex Shearing Mode and Nozzle Following Mode. According to different requirements of sample volume and solvents as well as the demand of nitrogen saving, even application habits, Dual-Mode is of great help in concentration efficiency and operation convenience. FV64 UP also owns up to 64 positions to meet large testing volume.

● Sample quantity is up to 64 (8*8). With grouping design in the first nozzle row, different numbers of samples can be flexibly processed while saving more nitrogen. | |
● Vortex Shearing Mode: preset constant pressure or multistage gradient boost pressure is available for adjustments during concentration process, which guarantees high efficiency. | |
● Nozzle Following Mode: nozzles go down following the liquid and rise back to the top cover. Nozzle descent speed is adjustable during concentration process, which is flexible and convenient. | |
● Optional rack sizes are available for 1-50ml test tubes. Test tube rack in specific sizes can be customized. | |
● Pressure and temperature are both controlled by PID technology. | |
● Pressure range: 1~72.5psi; pressure accuracy: ±0.5psi. | |
● Temperature range: room temperature ~ 100 °C; temperature accuracy: ±0.1 °C. | |
● Water bath is designed with three-sided glass and equipped with different color lighting, which helps make quick judgement of running status during the concentration process. | |
